Three new Texas laws will pose significant changes to Plano’s zoning and subdivision ordinances, requiring action from the city’s planning and zoning commission.
The Plano Planning Department reviewed more than 100 bills from the latest Texas legislative session. Of the 29 that became law, three will have major impacts on local development rules, according to Christina Sebastian, land records planning manager.
