Beginning Monday, August 11, the Sachse Animal Shelter will return to being open six days a week, Monday through Saturday, with updated hours of 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. The shelter will remain closed on Sundays. As always, our animal control officers are on call 24/7 for emergency animal situations. For assistance outside shelter hours, please call the non-emergency dispatch line at 972-495-2271.
