The Frisco City Council approved a resolution Aug. 5 stating that it is eligible for more than $770,000 in Community Development Block Grant funds to support housing and community programs.
City documents state the city is eligible to receive CDBG funds totaling $774,444 from the Department of Housing and Urban Development for the program year beginning Oct. 1 through Sept. 30, 2026.
