The Frisco City Council will vote on a proposed $438.2 million budget on Sept. 16.
Property tax rates proposed in the budget are unchanged from the prior year, coming in at $0.425517 per $100 of valuation. The rate, however, will see more go towards maintenance and operation ($0.292775) and $0.132742 for debt services, which is a small decline from last year.
