Festival Essentials
- Location: Oak Point Park | Red Tail Pavilion, 2801 E. Spring Creek Parkway, Plano
- Tickets: $10 adults | $5 kids (ages 3–12) and seniors 65+ | Free for kids under 36″ | Purchase here
- Parking: $15 Prime Parking (Collin College) | $10 Offsite Parking
- Balloons in the Park: Dawn and dusk only (no balloons between 9 a.m.–7 p.m.)
- Tethered Balloon Rides: Available when balloons are in the park (weather permitting)
- Kids Fun Zone: $2.50–$5 per ride | $20 all-day wristbands
