The city of Plano will raise rates for residential water, sewer and solid waste services beginning Wednesday, Oct. 1.
A resident using an average 10,000 gallons of water, 7,000 gallons of sewer service and a 95-gallon cart will see about a $15 monthly increase in their total utility bill.
