Lewisville police arrest suspect in connection with aggravated robberies

LEWISVILLE, Texas — The Lewisville Police Department has apprehended a suspect wanted in connection with two aggravated robberies. Nineteen-year-old Mario Anaya was identified and arrested without incident on September 16, 2025.

Anaya, of Lewisville, Texas, faces two counts of aggravated robbery and one count of interference with an emergency request for assistance, according to a press release from the Lewisville Police Department. He is currently held at the Lewisville Jail on a $110,000 bond, with $50,000 allocated for each aggravated robbery charge and $10,000 for the interference charge.
