Life-changing facial reconstruction surgery nears for Rockwall baby with defect

A Rockwall family is days from the first several life-changing medical procedures.

11-month-old Brody Shain was born with a severe bilateral cleft lip and palate, meaning his upper lip and the roof of his mouth did not fully form before birth, leaving a gap down the front of his face and inside his mouth.
