DALLAS (KDAF) — Wylie, Texas, has emerged as one of the most in-demand suburbs in the United States for 2025, according to a study by moveBuddha.
The suburb, located in the Dallas area, boasts a move in-to-out ratio of 2.38, surpassing nearby Frisco, likely due to its more affordable housing prices. Homes in Wylie cost about one-third less than those in Frisco, with prices averaging $435,000 compared to $661,000.
The study, which analyzed over 60,000 searches from moveBuddha’s Moving Cost Calculator, highlights the shifting demand for suburbs across the nation. Boerne, Texas, another suburb in the state, ranks even higher at number four nationwide.
