Greenville Drug Bust Yields Multiple Narcotics and Firearm Recovery

GREENVILLE, TX – A months-long investigation into suspected drug activity at a Greenville residence culminated in a major law enforcement operation this week, resulting in the recovery of multiple narcotics and a firearm.

Detectives from the Greenville Police Department, assisted by the Hunt County Sheriff’s Office, began their investigation earlier this year after receiving information about methamphetamine distribution at a home located in the 4100 block of Park Street.

On September 26, 2025, Greenville officers executed a search warrant at the residence with the support of deputies from the Wood County and Hunt County Sheriff’s Offices. The search uncovered a significant amount of illegal substances, including:

  • Methamphetamine
  • Crack cocaine and powder cocaine
  • PCP (phencyclidine)
  • Marijuana
  • Hydrocodone (prescription opioid)
  • Alprazolam (commonly known as Xanax)
  • One firearm

Two male suspects were taken into custody on multiple felony drug charges. One of the individuals is also facing an additional charge for unlawful possession of a firearm by a convicted felon
