The McKinney Farmers Market at Chestnut Square has done it again. For the third year in a row, the community staple has been named the best farmers market in Texas. The recognition comes from the 2025 America’s Farmers Market Celebration, which also ranked the market #3 in the Southwest region.
A Community Effort

The market is held every Saturday at the historic Chestnut Square Heritage Village, where visitors can shop for fresh produce, meats, baked goods and artisan products in a family-friendly setting. The weekly gathering has evolved into both a shopping destination and a cherished community tradition.
