New Details Released For Plano’s Anticipated Massive Luxury Auto Garage

Maranello, a Plano-based luxury auto garage company, is set to break ground on its highly anticipated facility in Q4 2025 and is sharing new renderings of what customers can expect. Construction is expected to take just over a year, with completion projected in roughly 13 months.

The 200,000-square-foot complex will sit on more than 11 acres at the northeast corner of Ohio Drive and Maple Shade Lane, just off the George W. Bush Turnpike. Designed with both functionality and flair, the project will include a 13,000-square-foot, two-story lounge and a 60,000-square-foot open-air concourse at its center. The facility will be capable of hosting both public and private events, making it more than just a garage. This will be a lifestyle destination for North Texas car enthusiasts.

Early Demand Shows Enthusiasm

Even before marketing officially began, Maranello pre-sold 25% of its planned units, highlighting the strong demand for luxury auto storage. Among those presold include cars such as Ferraris, Koenigseggs, Aston Martins, Porsches and McLarens.
