ROCKWALL, Texas — Authorities are seeking assistance from the public after an unidentified man allegedly stole a pair of boots from Boot Barn in Rockwall on September 23, 2025.
The suspect reportedly exchanged his shoes for the boots without paying, according to Rockwall County Crime Stoppers.
