HOUSTON — Thursday morning, City Hall’s Legacy room was filled to the brim to honor those who helped in the aftermath of the July 4 floods in Central Texas.
The Houston Fire Department sent a team to help Hunt County’s volunteer department after the catastrophic floods claimed the lives of more than 130 people, including 27 campers and counselors from Camp Mystic.
