McKinney National Airport (TKI) revealed a fresh brand identity, logo and all, as it readies to welcome commercial airline service for the first time.
The new logo features a warm-toned wing icon, blending the airport’s history with its future, paired with approachable typography. The updated branding is already live on the airport’s website atwww.FlyTKI.com.
A New Look For TKI
The brand’s color palette, soft teals and natural browns, draws inspiration from McKinney’s original historic downtown sign, which is brown, and the welcoming nature of the community.
“We continue to build something special at McKinney National Airport with a new passenger terminal currently under construction and a new brand that honors our past and transitions TKI into our next era of commercial airline service,” said Airport Director Ken Carley, A.A.E, in an official statement. “Serving our community’s travel needs is at the forefront of everything we do, and we’re proud to share our new brand that conveys a better way to travel is taking off at TKI.”…
