Celina is continuing its rapid expansion with a major new public safety investment. The city council recently approved a contract to construct Fire Station No. 4, which will serve the city’s east side. The project is scheduled to break ground in November, with completion expected in late 2026.
The new station will be located at 1205 Punk Carter Parkway, according to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. Crossland Construction was awarded the $11.4 million contract to build the facility, which will occupy about two acres of Celina’s 23-acre emergency services campus.
Modern Design And Features
Once complete, the 15,725-square-foot fire station will include three bays for fire trucks, a training tower and individual dorms for firefighters. The design emphasizes efficiency and readiness, giving first responders the tools and space needed to keep pace with Celina’s fast-growing population.

Celina, one of North Texas’ fastest-growing cities, has been at the heart of that boom, drawing new residents and developers alike.
