The expected disruption of federal SNAP benefits in November is raising alarm in North Texas communities, with the city of Princeton already seeing signs of growing food insecurity.
According to data reviewed by NBC 5 Investigates, the city, currently the fastest-growing in the country, has also seen a sharp increase in the number of families relying on food assistance.
