903 New Apartments Open At Frisco Railhead, With More On The Way

Frisco’s $3 billion Railhead development is adding to the city’s rapid residential boom. The downtown mixed-use project opened its first two apartment communities, Jefferson Railhead and Jefferson Parkhouse, introducing 903 new luxury residences to downtown Frisco.

A New Downtown Destination

Located near Main Street and the Dallas North Tollway, Frisco Railhead spans 80 acres and is designed to blend urban convenience with modern living. The master plan, led by Heady Investments LLC, includes 1,300 residences, a 17-story hotel with condominiums, 36,000 square feet of retail, a 1.5 million-square-foot office campus and a 5-acre central park.

According to an official statement, the first two residential phases, valued at $283.3 million, were supported by financial partners Simmons Bank, Texas Capital Bank, Happy State Bank, Heitman, Madera Residential and WayMaker. The third and final phase is already in design, with plans to add 377 more apartments in 2026.

Luxury Meets Location

Jefferson Railhead, located at 10221 Whistle Stop Lane, features studio, one- and two-bedroom layouts and is already 60% leased. Nearby, Jefferson Parkhouse at 10450 Whistle Stop Lane offers studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and has reached 17% leased.

Both communities include resort-style amenities such as cabana-lined pools, sundecks, fitness centers, co-working lounges with private conference and whisper rooms, electric vehicle charging stations, and controlled-access parking. Residents also have access to property-wide Wi-Fi and nearby entertainment and retail options.

Connected to Frisco’s Growth

The development’s location places residents minutes from major employers like Toyota North America, JPMorgan Chase, Liberty Mutual and FedEx Office. It’s also close to The Star, home of the Dallas Cowboys, and the PGA of America headquarters, both key anchors of Frisco’s growing economic and entertainment scene…
