ROCKWALL, Texas — A crash closed all but one eastbound lane over Lake Ray Hubbard in Rockwall, officials said.
The crash was reported around 5:44 a.m. Monday, Dec 1 in the eastbound lanes of Interstate 30 on Lake Ray Hubbard Bridge in Rockwall, according to the Texas Department of Transportation.
