Assembly Icehouse has opened in Assembly Park, the mixed-use development built on the site of the former Plano Market Square Mall.
The restaurant, which opened three weeks ago, occupies 4,850 square feet and features an island-shaped bar, 20 televisions and a covered patio overlooking the development’s central lawn. The space includes an indoor stage for live music performances scheduled every Friday and Saturday night.
Assembly Icehouse is one of three concepts developed by Blender Brands in partnership with Triten Real Estate Partners. They share a kitchen with Cliff Coffee, which opened two months ago, and Tacoro Tacos, a full-service taqueria…
