Those dates appear in paperwork filed with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, which signals a full developer-led buildout rather than a quick paint-and-go refresh. If that schedule holds, Stonebrook regulars could be grabbing Black Rock drinks before summer heat really sets in.

The company’s growth story starts far from Frisco. Black Rock began as a 160-square-foot drive-thru stand in Beaverton, Oregon, and has been expanding steadily since 2008, according to the company’s SEC filing.
