McKinney council considers creation of citizen-led neuter program for feral cats

McKinney City Council members are considering amending city ordnances in order to allow trap-neuter-release activities for feral cats in the city. McKinney officials are considering implementation of a trap-neuter-release, or TNR, program with minimum staff involvement after receiving feedback from City Council members in December.

Some council members voiced support for a citizen-led TNR option during a Dec. 2 work session.
