MCKINNEY, Texas — A $200 million surf and adventure resort in McKinney is set to break ground on Monday.
The mixed-use project, called Cannon Beach, located at the northeast corner of Stacy Road and State Highway 121, will feature a three-acre surf lagoon, lazy river, mineral hot springs circuit, full-service resort hotel, and a mix of dining, entertainment, and business spaces.
