COLLIN COUNTY — Collin College Police Chief Scott Jenkins has been selected as the recipient of the Bill G. Daniels Award for Outstanding Administrator by the Texas Association of College and University Police Administrators (TACUPA). The award recognizes exemplary leadership and sustained excellence in higher-education public safety across the state of Texas.
The Bill G. Daniels Award is considered one of the most distinguished honors within the Texas higher-education law enforcement community. Determined by the TACUPA Awards and Scholarship Committee, the recognition is presented to administrators who demonstrate exceptional service, innovation, and dedication to the highest professional standards in campus policing and public safety.
