The city of McKinney said it has signed a Use and Lease Agreement for Houston-based Avelo Airlines to serve McKinney National Airport, TKI, after work is completed on infrastructure expansion including a new terminal building.
Groundbreaking occurred in July and completion of the facility is expected late next year.
