Plano ISD announced that two students contributed to a newly issued U.S. patent for a UV exposure monitoring and alerts application.
Shriya Viswanathan and Saura Agarwal, both seniors, received recognition for their work on the patent. Viswanathan attends Plano Senior High School, and Agarwal is enrolled in the International Baccalaureate program at Plano East Senior High.
