Company filings show the new spot will take over roughly 4,436 square feet at 2400 Dallas Parkway, with construction slated to start February 1, 2026, and wrap around June 30, 2026. Plans call for a full kitchen and a bright, dining room forward layout built around daytime coffee, lunch, and private events.
