Plano closed out 2025 with major economic wins and the largest infrastructure investment in its history, as city leaders pointed to new corporate arrivals, voter-approved bonds and completed public projects as signs of a city continuing to mature.
City Manager Mark Israelson highlighted the arrival of Sally Beauty as one of the year’s most notable achievements. The city also secured voter approval for its largest bond referendum ever, which will fund critical infrastructure improvements across Plano.
