Coyotes removed from Frisco neighborhood after child attacked

FRISCO, Texas — A young girl suffered non-life-threatening injuries after being attacked by a coyote while walking with her mother in the Lexington Park Community, according to Frisco Animal Services. The incident occurred on May 26, 2025, prompting officials to remove three coyotes from the area.

Frisco Animal Services Officers, with help from the United States Department of Agriculture Texas Wildlife Services Program, responded to the scene at Lacy Lane and Tall Timbers Trail.
