Gloria’s Latin Cuisine Opens A New Chapter In Plano

After more than two decades serving diners in Frisco, Gloria’s Latin Cuisine has officially opened a new location in Plano, marking both a move and a milestone.

Now open at 8601 Preston Road, at the southwest corner of Preston Road and State Highway 121, the restaurant sits just one mile from its former home, making the transition familiar for longtime guests while ushering in a fresh chapter.

The relocation coincides with a major moment for the brand. Founded in 1986 by Gloria and Jose Fuentes, Gloria’s Latin Cuisine is celebrating its 40th anniversary this year, a testament to four decades of Salvadoran flavors, Tex-Mex classics and a loyal North Texas following.
