Fragrance lovers in North Texas have a new destination. Diptyque, the iconic Parisian perfume and home scent brand, will open its doors at Legacy West in Plano on Jan. 15. The boutique brings the elegance and artistry of Paris to the heart of the shopping center, offering a full sensory experience for visitors.
Located at 7700 Windrose Ave, the 818-square-foot boutique blends Diptyque’s signature artistic flair with local inspiration. The store is designed as a poetic exploration of beauty, inviting visitors to immerse themselves in scent, décor and ritual.
Divided into distinct zones, the boutique showcases:
- The Home collection of candles and décor, framed with herbariums and candle displays
- The Art of Bathing area, featuring bespoke curved cabinetry inspired by coffee-hued landscapes
- A fragrance counter adorned with a mural by Texan artist Alyssa Dawn Galloway, capturing the surrounding mountain scenery
- The Art of Gifting zone, a deep-red, intimate room designed for elevated, personalized experiences
Design Details That Delight
While Diptyque is best known for its fragrances, the boutique also pays close attention to the visual experience. Guests are welcomed by red display tables at the entrance, set against curved white-wood furniture and ochre wainscoting along the walls. Benches, round rugs, and small tables provide spots to pause and explore.
