SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — Christopher Preciado is charged with capital murder in the deaths of Savannah Soto, Matthew Guerra and their unborn trial.
On Wednesday, a Bexar County judge will decide whether a reset for the trial is given at the request of Preciado’s defense team.
A motion for continuance has been filed as the defense says the gun used in the case has not been tested for DNA or fingerprints. Court records say the prosecution’s testing is supposed to be complete by February 15, but this comes close to two weeks after the trial starts on February 2…
