Squirreled away in a small office park in Allen, tucked in among obscure gray buildings and a La Quinta hotel, sits Well Go USA Entertainment, one of the leading independent and foreign film distributors.
Inside their new HQ — which was secured back in April 2025 — the office has a large warehouse in the back, with shelves stacked with DVDs and Blu-rays of past Well Go titles, ranging from action and martial arts, like Bitcoin Heist and Baby Assassins, to thrillers and mysteries, like Stowaway and The Invisible Raptor. I even spot posters for comedies like Crazy About You and inspirational films like You Gotta Believe. And of course, since this is a movie distribution company, there’s a cozy, intimate screening room with soundproof walls. A perfect movie-watching experience.

At the time in the ’90s, karaoke was just starting to become a big thing in the US. So they were making these karaoke LaserDisc videos in Taiwan, and our mom just ended up importing them here to the US and then selling them to various mom-and-pop stores.”…
