Bread Zeppelin, the Dallas-founded fast casual concept known for its signature “Zeppelin” made its McKinney debut on Monday, Feb. 2.
Located at 3241 S. Custer Road, Suite 107, its first McKinney restaurant marks Bread Zeppelin’s eighth location in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, further extending the brand’s footprint north. The opening builds on Bread Zeppelin’s steady growth, bringing its fast-casual approach to fresh, made-to-order salads and Zeppelins to one of the region’s fastest-growing communities.
Bread Zeppelin’s menu centers on its namesake Zeppelin, a fresh-baked baguette hollowed out and generously filled with a wide variety of greens, vegetables, house-made dressings and proteins marinated and cooked in-house.
