Office

Law firm Brown Fox is relocating its Dallas office to The Quad in Uptown. The firm is trading in its 6,600-square-foot spot at Preston Commons—where it’s been since 2018—for 12,000 square feet at Stream Realty Partners’ new Uptown tower. Cushman & Wakefield’s Charlie Beck represented the tenant in the deal, while Stream’s Ryan Evanich and Marissa Parkin served as in-house representation for the landlord. Brown Fox will move into its new digs in late May or early June. The firm also has a 6,300-square-foot office at Frisco Station and plans to continue with a Collin County presence.

Financing

Multifamily

BridgeInvest has finalized a $57 million construction loan to Stryker Properties and Griffon Capital Management for Freemont Frisco Apartments. The project will deliver 313 units by mid-2028. The project will also provide a portion of units at affordable rates as part of a Public Housing Authority affordable housing program. Sponsors plan to pursue either a refinance or sale of the asset upon stabilization. BBL Building Co. is the general contractor on the project, and G1 Capital Partners arranged the financing.
