The Nack Theater, Frisco’s state-of-the-art, 200-seat theater in the heart of the Rail District, has been listed for sale.
Frisco’s Nack Theater officially opened in 2020. After an old, abandoned building was demolished in 2017, theater owner Donny Churchman began planning to develop a theater. He was approached by a local organization that needed a home for its children’s theater.
