DENTON, Texas — A 27-year-old man has been arrested in connection with incidents at the University of North Texas and Texas Woman’s University, according to the Denton Police Department.
On January 31, officers responded to a criminal trespass call at the 1300 block of S. Loop 288, where witnesses reported that Jeremiah Devereaux had entered the women’s locker room, sauna, and bathroom at a local gym. Devereaux fled the scene but was later arrested on an outstanding theft warrant, stated the department.
During the investigation, Denton police learned that the University of North Texas Police Department was investigating an indecent exposure incident from January 30, where a suspect exposed himself to a woman in a campus restroom.
