Shawarma fans on the Preston Road corridor are about to get another option. Sheesh Kitchen, a halal-certified, fast-casual Mediterranean spot that got its start in McKinney, is set to open a Frisco location in the Preston Stonebrook shopping center. The menu will stick to the greatest hits: shaved beef and chicken shawarma, gyros, falafel, build-your-own bowls and loaded fries, all finished with the house Sheesh sauce. The expansion helps round out Frisco’s growing lineup of halal-certified choices along Preston Road.
