Debate continues over Frisco public speaking limits

Frisco residents may have less time to address the City Council in the future after officials postponed a vote on an ordinance that would reduce public testimony limits.

During its March 17 meeting, the Frisco City Council tabled an updated ordinance regarding public speaking, speaker duration and placement of citizen input on the council agenda.
