Massage academy in Plano loses license after violating state laws, according to officials

PLANO, Texas — The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) said the Greater DFW International Massage Academy in Plano has had its license revoked, effective immediately.

In a release Friday, the TDLR said the academy was falsifying student records and allowed students to “obtain massage therapy licenses without completing required training.”
