The City of Anna, in coordination with the Texas Division of Emergency Management (TDEM), will conduct a scheduled test of its emergency notification systems on Thursday, April 2 at 10 a.m. The test will include Hyper-Reach emergency alerts and Outdoor Warning Sirens (OWS).
During the test, the outdoor sirens will perform a brief “growl test,” sounding momentarily to confirm functionality. This is only a test, and no action is required. Because multiple jurisdictions are participating, residents may receive more than one test alert on their phones…
