A woman who fled Kentucky after being indicted for murdering her small child has been reindicted.
Latashia Mullins, 51, of Springfield, was originally indicted in June 2023 for murder and first-degree criminal abuse (victim under the age of 12) in the death of her child, according to the Washington County Sheriff’s Office. She fled to Texas following the indictment.
The Washington County Sheriff’s Office, though, received a tip on Mullins’ location, as law enforcement in Collin County, Texas, and the U.S. Marshals Service located and arrested Mullins in Plano, Texas, on June 10, 2024, the sheriff’s office said…
