Rockwall County is working with Freese and Nichols, Inc., to improve its Thoroughfare Plan to support future growth and meet changing transportation needs. This long-range vision is set to guide upcoming roadway connections, preserve essential corridors, and ensure safe and efficient travel throughout the County. Building on the County’s Strategic Plan 2050 and the 2019 Thoroughfare Plan, this update will incorporate the latest data, community perspectives, and regional partnerships.
