Frisco’s Firefly Park is starting to take shape with a new round of tenants that adds dining, wellness and nightlife to its first phase.
Developer Wilks Development announced that Frenchie, Woodhouse Spa and Second Rodeo Brewing will join TYLER’S, bringing phase-one retail to 41% leased — nearly 46,000 square feet — with additional deals in progress.
All four concepts are expected to open in fall 2027 as part of the project’s initial rollout.
