VAN ALSTYNE, Texas (KXII) – A Texoma police chief laid to rest a century ago in a grave lost to time has finally been found.
Starting in 1883, William Echols served the people of Texoma as constable, deputy sheriff and finally, chief of police in Van Alstyne.
