A Frisco resident is stepping into the national spotlight through a combination of pageantry, community representation and a new partnership with a North Texas skincare company.
Kathyayani “Kathy” Yella, 22, was recently named Miss Telugu USA 2026 First Runner Up and also received the title of Miss Face of Confidence 2026, a recognition that led to a new role as brand ambassador for Skin Centrick, a Dallas-based skincare brand.
The pageant, organized through Miss Telugu USA, highlights scholarship, leadership, cultural representation and personal development among young Telugu-American women across the country.
