MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Cash America Pawn says one of its employees was caught on camera stealing more than $25,000 in cash and jewelry from the business.
Arianna Dejanny Tinsley, 28, was charged this week with Theft of Property of $10,000 to $60,000.
According to the pawn shop on Lamar, the thefts occurred in February and March, and the transactions were captured on the store’s surveillance cameras.

Police said in February that Tinsley made multiple deposits of “floating cash” but never took the funds to the bank, pocketing a total of $15,000.
They said she also created six fraudulent layaway transactions using multiple employee logins, resulting in a $2,655 loss to the business.
Tinsley also allegedly voided pawn loans in the amount of $366 and allowed a customer to walk out of the store with 17 pieces of jewelry valued at $7,000.
