MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A judge has found probable cause in a case where a man is accused of slitting a man’s throat at a Mexican restaurant last November.

Fernando Delgado-Hernandez, who faces charges of Aggravated Assault and Attempted Second-Degree Murder, remains in custody on a $250,000 bond.
The Shelby County District Attorney’s Office said following testimony during a preliminary hearing, General Sessions Court Judge Louis Montesi found probable cause on all counts, and the case was bound over to the Grand Jury.
MPD said when officers arrived at Rincon Catracho Restaurant on Wells Station on November 13, 2025, they located the victim with a laceration to his neck. He was transported to the hospital in critical condition.
Police said Delgado-Hernandez was also present and told officers, “I did it.”…
