MEMPHIS, Tenn. – The driver of a stolen vehicle rammed a police car and led officers on a pursuit in Memphis early Sunday morning, the Memphis Police Department (MPD) said.
Officers on patrol near Thomas and Watkins spotted the stolen vehicle just after 2:20 a.m.
