MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A 16-year-old charged in a deadly shooting at Shelby Farms is set to appear in court on Monday morning.
This court hearing could determine whether the teen will be transferred to criminal court and tried as an adult. It comes after the teen’s previous court date was continued earlier this month following a change in attorneys.
Attorney John Keith Perry is now representing the teen.
